Wendy’s is hoping to bring a little sweetness and maybe even a laugh to the Black Friday chaos.
Starting Friday, Nov. 28, the fast-food chain will have a special one-day deal nationwide, offering Small Frosty treats for just 67 cents, for both in-store and online.
From Nov. 29 and through Dec.7, the deal will only be available on mobile order–only through the official Wendy’s app or online.

The restaurant is just one of the most recent eateries to join in on the “6-7” meme fun. Earlier this month, on Nov. 6, Pizza Hut launched its “6 7 Menu,” a two-day special offering boneless wings for 67 cents each.
Customers were able to order the “6 7 Menu” boneless wings in nine flavor options, including sauces like Spicy Garlic, Sweet Chili, Honey BBQ, Buffalo Mild, Buffalo Medium, and Buffalo Burnin’ Hot and Garlic Parmesan, plus the two dry rubs offerings: Lemon Pepper and Cajun-Style.
Within the same week, Domino’s launched its own numerically-linked promo deal, offering customers one large pizza with one topping for $6.70. According to its website, toppings include bacon, ham, anchovies, chicken, Philly steak, pepperoni and sausage. For veggie livers, the options include tomatoes, jalapeños, spinach, banana peppers, black olives, pineapple, mushrooms, onions and green peppers.
For those who are confused by the “6-7” takeover, don’t worry: you’re not alone. Gen Alpha has launched the catchy phrase into the mainstream, but there doesn’t seem to be a clear explanation for its popularity.
The callout comes from the viral Skrilla song “Doot Doot (6 7),” which references NBA player LaMelo Ball’s 6’7” height. In October, Dictionary.com titled the phrase “word of the year,” solidifying its confusing generational significance.
