Heidi Klum shared a video of her “breakfast of champions” — and it includes raw onions.

The supermodel, 52, posted a video to her Instagram stories on Nov. 25 of her meal, calling it “breakfast of champions.” The full blue-and-white plate held two boiled eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, celery, lettuce, and raw onions — dressed with what appeared to be an herb vinaigrette.

Klum paired her veggies with a slice of dark pumpernickel bread, topped with a spread that looks like soft cheese.

The National Onion Association suggests eggs and onions for breakfast, and explains that the veggie is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. It also contains prebiotic fiber, which “feeds the good bacteria in your digestive system. A healthy gut means better digestion, improved nutrient absorption, and even a stronger immune system,” the organization says.

They’re also low in calories — but the supermodel has previously told PEOPLE that “I’m not a calorie counter.”

“I never have. I’ve always been lucky that I’ve never had that obsession to count calories or whatever,” she said. Although Klum maintains that she doesn’t follow any real diet plan, the Project Runway star did tell The Wall Street Journal in August that she and her husband Tom Kaulitz were beginning a “worm cleanse and parasite cleanse,” which “you have to do … for months.”

“Everything I’m getting on my Instagram feed at the moment is about worms and parasites,” she had explained. “So I’m doing a worm cleanse and parasite cleanse with my husband. I heard that you’re supposed to do this once a year, and I’ve never done it. So I feel like I’m really behind. I don’t know what the heck is going to come out.”

“It’s like a whole thing,” Klum said. “If you are someone who eats raw things every now and then, like, for example, sushi. There are pills [to get rid of them]. They have all of these herbs. There’s a lot of clove in there. The parasite hates clove. They also hate the seeds from a papaya. We have all this metal inside of us, and it’s also very important that you use this de-metaling stuff.”
