‘Today’s Jenna Bush Hager Reacts To Andy Cohen Calling Her Out For Stealing From ‘Watch What Happens Live’: “If You Want To Sue Us, Don’t”
Jenna Bush Hager ended her week co-hosting Today with Andy Cohen by letting him play a round of a game he originated on his Bravo show, Watch What Happens Live.
Cohen had recently called Bush Hager out on WWHL for stealing the mini-game Prompter Wars, which challenges the host and their guests to read a fast-moving teleprompter without making any mistakes. Now, Bush Hager had the chance to shut down their beef and see who is the reigning champion of Prompter Wars once and for all.
Bush Hager kicked off the segment by airing a clip of Cohen calling her out on the Nov. 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live. “We get games stolen all of the time, and we say nothing,” he said at the time. “‘Prompter Wars,’ I’m looking at you, Jenna Bush!”
“I forgot that we stole Prompter Wars from you!” she told Cohen during Friday’s (Nov. 28) broadcast of Today.
Cohen added that Today With Jenna & Friends also stole “the graphics and everything” that they used for the show. “I mean literally, it’s like you guys were like, ‘What are their graphics?’” he said.
Bush Hager decided to “blame” her executive producer, Talia Parkinson. “She says we’re just borrowing it but eventually we’ll give it back when we’re tired of it,” she told Cohen. She then asked if he wanted to give it a shot, to which he sarcastically responded, “Well you keep doing it. Why not? Why would today be any different?”

Both Bush Hager and Cohen gave the game a shot. Though Cohen felt like Bush Hager deserved the honors, the Today host admitted that she feels like he was the ultimate winner.
“Here’s the thing. We stole it from you, so you’re the winner,” she told him.
She then pointed out that he couldn’t take legal action against her because both of their shows are owned by NBCUniversal. “And if you want to sue us, don’t, because we’re all in the same parent company. That will hurt you, too.”
Friday marked Cohen’s last day co-hosting Today With Jenna & Friends. Next up, Bush Hager will be joined by Scarlett Johansson beginning Monday, Dec. 1.
Comedian Chelsea Handler will later join Bush Hager next Friday, Dec. 5.
Today with Jenna & Friends airs on weekdays at 10/9c on NBC.
