- Though she was never charged in his sex trafficking and racketeering case, Khorram was listed as a defendant in three lawsuits against the rapper

Kristina “KK” Khorram was Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ right-hand woman for many years.
In 2013, she began working for Combs and eventually rose to his chief of staff, where she managed both his business empire and his personal affairs. According to The New York Times, she left the role in 2024 for unknown reasons.
Though Khorram was never charged in her boss’s high-profile sex trafficking and racketeering case — both charges for which he was found not guilty — Khorram was named as a defendant in three separate lawsuits brought against him.
Several allegations surfaced accusing her of supplying drugs for his alleged “freak offs,” per The New York Times, to enabling alleged sexual assaults, with one accuser, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, even calling her in a complaint the “Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein,” referring to the sex offender’s right-hand woman who was convicted of sex trafficking and grooming underage girls for him.
Both Combs and Khorram have strongly denied the accusations against them.
“These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family,” Khorram said in a March 2025 statement to Rolling Stone. “I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone.”
So, where is Kristina Khorram now? Here’s everything to know about Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former chief of staff and the allegations against her.

According to her since-deleted LinkedIn page, Khorram graduated from North Carolina State University in 2009 with a degree in business administration, The New York Times reported. She worked in the fashion and media industry until 2013, when she was hired by Combs as a senior executive.
After seven years with the founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, she was named his chief of staff.
Prosecutor Meredith Foster described Khorram’s duties in that role as “extremely broad” during Diddy’s 2025 trial. “They involved setting up hotel nights, facilitating the transportation of narcotics, various items such as that,” she claimed.
Combs called her his “right hand”

In January 2021, Combs shared a photo of Khorram on his Facebook page and wrote about how indispensable she was to his life.
“Meet Kristina Khorram, Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises,” the rapper captioned the image. “Kristina aka KK keeps everything in my life and my business running. She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get s— done.”
He added, “Don’t know how I’d function without her.”
Dana Tran, a friend of Khorram’s who shares a daughter with Combs, told The New York Times in June 2025 that she “coordinated a lot of his life, but not anything against anyone’s will.”
“I’ve never seen K.K. break the law ever,” Tran added. “She wouldn’t make an illegal U-turn.”
Khorram left her position as his chief of staff in 2024
Khorram maintained her role managing Combs’ staff of personal assistants for four years, until she left in 2024, per The New York Times.
The year prior, Combs was accused of rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence, which he denied, by his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura — a bombshell lawsuit that triggered a wave of additional accusations of abuse. Rolling Stone reported that Khorram was seen sitting next to her boss in Miami after the news broke.
Though Combs and Ventura quickly settled the lawsuit, over 70 other sexual assault lawsuits have been filed against the rapper, per The Washington Post.

Khorram has been implicated in three of Combs’ lawsuits, per The New York Times and Rolling Stone. When Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones accused Combs of sexual harassment and assault in February 2024, he described her in the complaint as the “Ghislaine Maxwell to Sean Combs’ Jeffrey Epstein” (Combs’ lawyer called the allegations “pure fiction”).
He also claimed in the complaint that she downplayed the rapper’s alleged predatory behavior, hired sex workers and required his employees to carry a fanny pack filled with illicit substances like cocaine and ecstasy.
Jones alleged that Khorram told him that Combs’ alleged groping was his way of “showing that he likes you.”
Former Bad Boy Entertainment employee Phillip Pines claimed in his December 2024 battery and sexual harassment lawsuit that he witnessed Combs kick a woman to the ground outside of his Miami home in 2021. He alleged in the complaint that when he told his supervisor, Khorram, about the incident, she told him to “never speak” of it and that there would be “repercussions” if he did.
Combs’ lawyers generally denied Pines’ claims at the time.
The third lawsuit, which a woman in San Francisco filed in October 2024, accused Combs of sexual assault (which he denied) and named Khorram in the suit. Khorram denied the claims in a statement to Rolling Stone, saying she never condoned, aided or abetted sexual assault or drugged anyone.
“The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in — or even being a bystander to — the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable,” she continued. “That is not who I am and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue.”

Pines also alleged in his complaint and a 2025 interview for the ID docuseries The Fall of Diddy that Khorram was aware of the rapper’s wild, days-long sexual parties he called “freak offs.”
His former chief of staff allegedly called them “Wild King Knights” and sent Pines on errands to get supplies and clean the hotel rooms for them.
Some of Khorram’s alleged texts, presented as evidence during Combs’ 2025 trial, suggested that she was aware of the parties. “Heads up,” she once allegedly texted another aide, per The New York Times. “He’s probably about to do wild king tonight.”
Combs and his legal team have maintained that the “freak offs” were consensual.
Where is Kristina Khorram now?
Since her March 2025 statement, Khorram has remained out of the public eye. Though she never appeared in court and wasn’t called as a witness, her work for the rapper was referenced throughout Combs’ trial.
A former girlfriend of the rapper — who testified under the pseudonym Jane to protect her identity —claimed at the trial that Khorram made appointments for her to get nipple piercings and dental veneers at Combs’ request, The New York Times reported. When he threatened to release sex tapes of her, it was his former chief of staff who allegedly assured her that “nothing was going to happen.”
Per Jane’s testimony at trial, Khorram also allegedly told Jane that she transported drugs in her flight luggage for Combs “all the time.”
However, some had a different account of Khorram.
“She’s a nice girl,” Kerry Morgan, a friend of Ventura’s, testified about Khorram. “She always seemed very innocent and she’s always trying to help everybody.”
