Multiple other people were arrested as part of the investigation, including Daniel Williams, 39, who was arrested with Derdour at a property in northwest London. He has been charged with fraud, theft, dangerous driving and taking without the owner’s consent.
The other three individuals, whom police only identified as two men and a woman, have been bailed.
Police said Henry died after being transported to the hospital by the London Ambulance Service. His family is being supported by specialist officers.
“Our thoughts remain with Adam’s loved ones throughout this unimaginably difficult time,” said Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo. “There is no place for senseless acts of violence on our streets – and those responsible for such crimes should be brought to justice.”
Bhangoo, who is leading the investigation, continued, “My dedicated team have worked tirelessly over the last few weeks. Dedour tried many ways to evade capture, but thanks to the efforts of officers, we are now one step closer to securing justice.”
The investigation is ongoing.
Police encourage those with information related to the incident to reach out.

Henry’s family remembered the teenage boy as “a loving son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend” in a statement shared on Dec. 11. They wrote that they will “never recover from the loss and not having him in our lives.”
“He had many interests and was always there with a smile and cheeky sense of humor. He was good natured and loyal. While only 15 years old, the beautiful memories we have of him can never be forgotten.”
“We ask for privacy as a family so we can grieve and try to process this senseless tragedy together,” the family said.
