5 Couples Vie for the Mirrorball

It’s the moment fans have been waiting for: the Dancing with the Stars season 34 finale!

On Tuesday, Nov. 25, the final five contestants — Robert Irwin, Alix Earle, Jordan Chiles, Dylan Efron and Elaine Hendrix — will compete for a chance to win the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. The finalists will each dance three times with their pro partners in a Judges’ Choice round, an Instant Dance round and a Freestyle round.

For the Judges’ Choice round, the couples will tackle a final new ballroom or Latin dance style with some coaching and insight from the judges. They will then take on the ultimate test of improvisation in the Instant Dance round, where they’ll find out the dance style and song they’re performing to just minutes before hitting the ballroom. Finally, the couples will leave it all on the floor with the iconic Freestyle round.

Joining the finalists in the ballroom for the finale is all eliminated season 34 couples, who will perform dances to “Sugar on My Tongue” by Tyler, The Creator, “Applause” by Lady Gaga and “I Don’t Dance” by Alexander Jean.

Season 33 champions Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson will also be back in the ballroom for a routine set to “Tanguera” by Fabio Hager Sexteto.

Fans will be able to vote during the live simulcast of the show. Live viewer votes from the night will be combined with the judges’ scores to determine which couple will win the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
