Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet’s romance gets subtle nod on ‘The Kardashians’ after rumored split

“The Kardashians” gave a subtle nod to Kylie Jenner’s private romance with Timothée Chalamet in the latest episode of the Hulu reality show.
“I think I would ‘Freaky Friday’ with Kylie. And I would do that because, hello, it’s Kylie Jenner. We have cool friends, we have fun animals, we live in a fairytale,” Kylie’s sister Khloe Kardashian said in the episode while filming a “Freakier Friday” promo with mom Kris Jenner.
“We’re not dating basketball players,” Kardashian, who dated NBA stars Tristan Thompson and Lamar Odom, said. “We’re going to the games courtside, baby!”
Jenner, 28, has been seen on several occasions sitting courtside with her beau to cheer on his favorite NBA team, the New York Knicks.
The subtle nod comes shortly after the couple was rumored to have quietly split earlier this month.
Fans began speculating the pair were done after Chalamet, 29, was notably absent from Kris’ star-studded 70th birthday party.
A source later shared that the “Dune” actor was missing from the function because he’s currently busy “filming two huge projects.”
Kylie later shut down the rumors hours after they were first reported by “liking” an Instagram video posted by Chalamet.
“MARTY SUUUUUUUUUPREME,” Chalamet captioned his video, which was a promotional post for his forthcoming film, “Marty Supreme.”
Just last week, it was reported that the couple is spending Thanksgiving together amid Chalamet’s busy schedule.
“Kylie’s very excited that he’s been back in L.A.,” a source told People of Chalamet last Friday. “She’s happy to have some special time with him before he returns to filming.”
The insider added that the “Call Me By Your Name” actor will be “celebrating with her family next week in L.A., but he’s also spending time with his family before he has to return to the ‘Dune’ set.”
“He started filming in Budapest, in July, and they’ve seen each other as much as they can. Kylie’s been flying back and forth every few weeks,” the source continued.
“Despite the distance, they’ve stayed close. They’ve been making it work.”
