Post Malone gives touching tribute to Cowboys’ Marshawn Kneeland

Post Malone showed love for the late Marshawn Kneeland.

The musical superstar paid tribute to Kneeland, who died by suicide Nov. 6, during his Thanksgiving Day halftime show for the Cowboys-Chiefs game.

“We love you, 94. We love you,” the performer, who is also a Cowboys fan, called out to a raucous crowd at AT&T Stadium after the Cowboys had just taken a 17-14 lead before the break.

Malone also wore a large 94 pin, among many others, on his blue jacket in honor of Kneeland, who donned No. 94 while a member of the Cowboys.

Malone was wrapping up his hit song “I Had Some Help” during his halftime showcase when he gave Kneeland a remembrance shoutout.

The Cowboys wound up winning, 31-28, in a stunning victory over the defending AFC champion Chiefs.

Kneeland was found dead in a porta-potty in Plano, Texas, after evading police in what was initially supposed to be a routine traffic stop, but it quickly turned deadly as he was driving at abnormally high speeds peaking over 145 mph.

While evading police, the defensive end crashed his Dodge Charger and fled on foot.

His girlfriend, Catalina Mancera, also warned that he was “armed” and that he would “end it all,” according to police audio.
